Does Premium change how credits are counted?
No. The counter works the same way for everyone, on everything you have entered. Premium adds printouts, planning and exports; it changes no number.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by a payment processor. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Reflectora recognises your Premium on this device. Your record itself is never sent to them or to us. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I already bought Premium on another browser or device, how do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Move your record with a backup file from the log.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
