Add an activity

One hour of new or enhanced learning is one credit. Fractions are fine: 1.5 or 3/4.

Time spent can be more than the credits: breaks and revision of what you knew are not new learning.

The four reflective fields and the need

The gap or goal in your practice that led you to this activity.

The new or enhanced knowledge or skill, in your own words.

What you changed or did differently at work because of it.

What difference it made to your work or to the people you serve.

What you think now, what you would do next, what still needs work.

For example: certificate in the email folder, notes in the blue notebook. No file is uploaded.

Never name a service user or a colleague: describe the learning, not the people.
